Cam Dang Designs is led by Cam Tu Dang, based in Denver, CO.

Cam Tu Dang is a designer & maker. She specializes in furniture and architectural design.  Cam studied at the University of Colorado, Denver and received her Master's degree in Architecture in 2015.  There, she advanced her woodworking skills and learned special techniques from master plasterers and highly trained woodworkers.

Cam's first notable work was the 'Red Sand Cabins' project, designed and built for a Navajo Tribe in Bluff, Utah.  This project has been featured in international publications.  During her four months in the desert building this project with her colleagues, she found her love for both designing/building in unconventional settings.  She used her new knowledge of designing construction details and came back to Denver to produce furniture.

She describes her furniture as pure simplicity through the use of complex construction details.

Cam custom designs furniture and does freelance architectural design work.   Custom-design inquiries are welcome.
